OnMobile Unveils Connected Cloud Services Suite to Simplify Media Sharing with Family and Friends on Smartphones -- New 'sticky' services include group video chat, voice presence and the ability to save all types of media files in secure personal cloud

Barcelona, February 24, 2012 -- OnMobile Global Limited, the leading provider of telecom value-added services (VAS), has launched a new suite of mobile Relevant Products/Services services. The new suite addresses growing demand for easy and safe ways to connect and share digital content from various mobile devices. The new suite provides ease-of-use to users to access, share, protect Relevant Products/Services and communicate from any mobile device.

The new suite of mobile services includes four new products: OnCall Video, OnCall Voice Presence, OnCloud Locker and OnCloud Secure. Each product is designed to work together or standalone. The product's key features include:
  • OnCall Video: Peer-to-peer video calling, multi-party videoconferencing, group video chatting and group casting for any network Relevant Products/Services. OnMobile's video compression capabilities allows for delivering video content across any type of device and adapting to bandwidth and processing constraints.
  • OnCall Voice Presence: Enables users to let the callers know of their availability and location and thus personalize their presence information for an individual or a group of users. Easy-to-use and personalize presence based on current location.
  • OnCloud Locker: A personal hosting solution that enables users to upload and access photo and video content anytime, anywhere from any mobile device. Users are also able to share content securely with any contact or group of contacts. User's personal data Relevant Products/Services and media files are also backed up via the cloud Relevant Products/Services.
  • OnCloud Secure: An application that provides additional security and backup Relevant Products/Services to mobile users' personal data. In the event of a loss or theft of a mobile device, the OnCloud Secure will immediately lock and/or wipe data residing on the phone. The data can be backed up with the OnMobile Phone Backup solution, part of the OnCloud Secure service, and stored on the cloud. The phone is also tracked remotely for fast recovery Relevant Products/Services.

OnMobile's new suite of mobile services enhances sharing and connectivity. Users can connect to friends and family through group chatting, group conferencing, or status messages. These easy-to-use solutions share and secure Relevant Products/Services digital content without the threat of data loss. With convenient access to all data and media, users are empowered to share multimedia with friends and family anytime and anywhere regardless of device.
