Dolphin Corporation Selects Software Labs To Streamline Data Management -- Automates Manual Processes -- Dolphin improves lead data importation time by 50 percent and increases productivity at a lower cost.

SACRAMENTO, CA. February 10, 2009 -– Software Labs, a provider of advanced data management Relevant Products/Services solutions, today announced that Dolphin Corporation, an acknowledged expert in SAP information Relevant Products/Services lifecycle management and business process solutions, has realized positive results since selecting Software Labs' solution, xFusion Studio, to help the company manage the significant volume of data the company imports on a regular basis.

Dolphin has sped up the import of lead data by more than 50%. The one-time import of contracts and service information was done in four hours, which, historically, would have taken two days of manual, error-prone data entry. An additional side benefit was discovered in Dolphin's newfound ability to make mass corrections to data that was previously entered incorrectly or imported using the old, outdated solution the company had been using.

"Dolphin Corporation is committed to service excellence and views fast and accurate data migration and management as a top priority," said Mark Meaders, executive with Dolphin Corporation. "With Software Labs solutions, we have become proactive rather than reactive with our data needs, and have increased productivity with xFusion Studio. Dolphin has also benefited from the great services and expertise of the Software Labs staff, they are a true asset to their overall solution."

Since implementing xFusion Studio three months ago, Dolphin Corp. has been able to more effectively manage the hundreds of support contracts, as well as new and updated contacts from marketing sources.

"In the increasingly competitive data industry, delivering outstanding service is necessary for success," said Software Labs president and CEO Dr. Pradeep Tapadiya. "Dolphin seeks to build on its already strong reputation by investing in strategic data solutions, and we are very pleased that the company selected Software Labs as its preferred partner."

Dolphin uses Software Labs' solutions to manage data across multiple locations. Implementation of the Software Labs solution has helped Dolphin improve overall efficiencies, reduce operating costs and improve data quality, while allowing the company to decrease the amount of time required to turn data into information.
