Newport Beach, CA, June 26, 2012 -- LiveTime Software, a leading provider of On-Premise and SaaS based Service Management (ITSM) solutions, today announced it has partnered with Amazon Relevant Products/Services to deliver global ITSM deployments in any of its 7 global datacenter locations with 99.999% availability and SAS 70 certification.

Existing AWS Relevant Products/Services customers can simply choose the pre-configured LiveTime image and insert a license to get started. Existing LiveTime customers can also migrate to Amazon from a traditional on premise installation. All other customers will receive a private URL with their LiveTime installation and a simple monthly service fee with no long term contracts.

Every SaaS customer Relevant Products/Services not only has their own URL but also an individual data Relevant Products/Services store. There is no co-mingling of data and all information is stored securely and backed up to the Amazon Cloud for disaster recovery Relevant Products/Services.

US Federal Government customers can also take advantage of Amazon's GovCloud infrastructure Relevant Products/Services for highly secured deployments with specific regulatory and compliance requirements.

Servicing more than 5 million end users daily, LiveTime provides a natural progression from a standard Help Desk to a full service, management Relevant Products/Services solution providing end to end lifecycle management of business services.

Available On Demand (SaaS) or On Premise (software Relevant Products/Services, hardware or virtual Relevant Products/Services appliance), LiveTime is based on open standards and supports any client web browser with native clients available for iOS.
