Briggs Company, one of the largest independently-owned distributors of interior and specialty building products in the United States, will go live this week on Inforce Everywhere, marking the first implementation of the application developed by Infor on Force.com, salesforce.com's cloud platform for the social enterprise . Connecting Infor ERP and Salesforce CRM will provide the company a 360-degree view of its customers to help drive sales and increase customer satisfaction. The implementation of Inforce Everywhere at C.H. Briggs will come just six weeks after Infor first announced availability of the product.
C.H. Briggs relies on Infor10 Distribution iBusiness (A+) to automate core processes, including inventory management , order entry, financial management, and sales operations across its four distribution centers which service 15 states along the eastern seaboard. Inforce Everywhere will share real-time data between Infor10 Distribution iBusiness and Salesforce CRM, helping C.H. Briggs bring the power of the back-office to the front-office with up-to-the-minute information about the status of customers' quotes, orders, shipments, invoices, payments, and returns.
